Play Store Now Allows Downloading Two Apps Simultaneously

Google has activated a feature allowing two apps to be downloaded simultaneously through the Play Store this morning. Previously applications had to be installed one by one which would take longer than downloading two applications simultaneously.

Based on a report by 9to5Google, this feature is rolling out to Android users starting with Pixel devices first running Android 14. However, this feature can only be used to download two new apps. The application update process is still done one by one.

So far I've got this feature on the Samsung Galaxy S24 and also the OnePlus 12R. Please update the Play Store app to see if this feature is supported on your Android device.
