Huawei MateBook X Pro can now be pre-ordered in Malaysia ahead of its official launch day on May 13. This laptop is equipped with a 14.2″ OLED 120Hz screen with touch support. This is also matched with a choice of chips up to Intel Core Ultra 9, memory up to 32GB RAM, storage up to 2TB SSD and a 70Wh battery that supports 90W fast charging.
What makes this laptop interesting is that it is only 980 grams which makes it one of the lightest ever produced in the market. Other interesting features are some AI features such as noise reduction during teleconference sessions and special effects on the camera. The magnesium body finish is also beautiful with it looking like a velvet surface.
I/O options are 2x Thunderbolt 4, 1x USB-C and a physical button unlocks the camera. There is no audio jack on this laptop but it has a fingerprint scanner on the power button. Speaking of which it comes with a 1080P sensor and Windows Hello face scan support. It is also placed on the bezel and not on the keyboard.
