Netflix is quite a popular video streaming platform. It can be accessed on almost all platforms regardless of phone, computer, game console or even tablet. For those who don't know, on Windows computers there is also an official Netflix application that can be downloaded through the Microsoft Store. In the future, a new version of the application will be introduced.
This brand new app brings live streaming support as well as an ad-supported plan. Netflix also promises that there will be additional new features and functions. Most disappointing for me is that the Netflix app for Windows will no longer support downloading videos for offline viewing.
Although Malaysia does not support ad plans, this update of this application will also affect all users regardless of country. After this, you will no longer be able to use Windows devices to watch Netflix offline as it will be limited to mobile devices such as phones and tablets only.
