Recently, a lot of information has been leaked about the Lenovo Legion Go S, one of the PC consoles that Lenovo will introduce soon.
Previously, details such as the console's frame, the console's real name and yesterday, confirmation that the console exists have been shown on the web. Most recently, a mock-up image of the Lenovo Legion Go was reported by Windows Central.
Through the images shown, it can now be confirmed that the Lenovo Legion Go S will come with a design that is more similar to a console like the ASUS ROG Ally, from the frame color to the layout of the joysticks and even the buttons.
Just like the previous Lenovo Legion Go, this more "affordable" model retains two USB Type-C plugs, where it is expected that one of them will be USB Type-C with PowerDelivery support, while the other will be a USB4 plug that comes with a data transfer rate of 40Gbps.
Although the Legion Go S no longer comes with the ability to detach game controllers like the Nintendo Switch, one feature that is retained is the touchpad which now appears to be smaller, under the right-hand side of the keyboard.
As previously reported, the Lenovo Legion Go S is expected to be powered by the AMD Ryzen Z2G processor, which is the lowest-power APU chip in AMD's upcoming AMD Ryzen Z2 APU series.
Lenovo is also expected to introduce the console as part of several Lenovo Legion Go consoles at the CES 2025 event soon.
