DJI has officially ended support for the Phantom 4 and Phantom 4 Pro drones starting June 1, 2025. Both drones will no longer receive software updates, repair support, technical assistance, and product inquiries. This officially means that all Phantom models will no longer be supported by DJI.
The Phantom model is the product that made DJI the drone brand of choice because it is not only easy to control but also comes with a powerful camera system. The DJI Phantom 4 and Phantom 4 Pro were launched in 2016.
Although support has officially ended in just a month, owners can still fly the drones as usual. It's just that finding spare parts and software updates will be more difficult from now on.
