NVIDIA just launched their latest graphics card series, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000 earlier this year, which now consists of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics cards up to the recent GeForce RTX 5060.
Recently, there has been a leak that reports that NVIDIA is already in the process of developing two new graphics cards in their “Super” series, namely the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Super and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Super.
Through the leaked information, both graphics cards will at least show an upgrade in terms of memory usage. Where the original RTX 5080 model came with 16GB of GDDR7 memory, the RTX 5080 Super model will come with 24GB of memory, similar to what is offered on the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card for laptops.
The NVIDIA RTX 5070, which previously had 12GB of GDDR7 memory, will apparently come with 18GB of GDDR7 memory, 2GB more than the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, which may also come with a Super model, but it is unknown at this time.
It is expected that these RTX 5000 Super graphics cards will be introduced either at the end of this year, or during the CES 2026 event in early January next year.
