Celcom has announced that the Celcom Life Hub service will be completely terminated starting May 31, 2025 as part of efforts to improve user experience. In an official statement, Celcom informed that customers can still manage their accounts and services via the CelcomDigi website and the Celcom Life app.
For postpaid, Fiber and 5G Home Wifi customers, they can access their account information by logging into the Celcomdigi website. Bill payments can be made directly via the Celcom Life website or app by selecting the bill payment option on the home page. Meanwhile, prepaid customers are also given the facility to add value via the CelcomDigi website or the Celcom Life app by selecting the top-up option.
Celcom recommends customers to download the Celcom Life app so that they can continue to manage their services and enjoy the latest offers. In addition, Celcom also expresses its appreciation for the customer support and their commitment in improving the quality of services.
