Google Announces Introduction of Gemini Integration in Google Chrome

Google at the Google I/O event today, officially announced the integration of Google Gemini, which is the support of artificial intelligence assistants directly in the Google Chrome web browser. With this step, a Gemini button will be displayed at the top of the web browser for quick access at any time.

With this integration, you can also ask questions about something involving the web content you are browsing, including in an effort to understand it more easily, or perform tasks involving the content. This can be done without having to open a new tab.

Google Gemini in Chrome will be introduced in stages starting in the United States first, and specifically for paid Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra customers only.
