Prasarana Malaysia Berhad has launched a new travel application, MyRapid PULSE, as a replacement for the old version which will be completely discontinued from 1 May 2025. It aims to improve the experience of public transport users and strengthen the country's mobility initiatives and the tourism industry.
Among the key features of MyRapid Pulse include a more user-friendly travel navigation system, interesting location suggestions and exclusive reward and promotion programs. Our review found that the interface is now more attractive and user-friendly. There are complete maps for LRT, MRT and MRL, in addition to the Shops tab which displays attractive discount passes for services under Rapid.
In addition, there is also a Rapid On Demand function to find vans, as well as a Lifestyle tab for sharing experiences, visiting the city (Explore City), and a choice of fare types whether tokens, cash, or concessions. Users can also choose a dark mode (Dark Mode), as well as set permissions for location and push notifications through the user profile section. Users are encouraged to download this application via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store to take advantage of its advantages.
