Xiaomi has announced the 15S Pro model during its 15th anniversary launch event in China. It is a special edition in the 15 series, and is the first to feature a high-spec processor with 3nm architecture developed by Xiaomi.

The Xiaomi 15S Pro is equipped with a 6.73″ Quad-Curved 120Hz OLED display with a resolution of 3200×1440 pixels. An ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is also used for better security.

The phone is powered by the Xring O1 chip, which is a processor developed by Xiaomi. It uses a 3nm process with 19 billion transistors, a 10-core CPU (2 x Cortex-X925 at 3.9GHz), and a 16-core Immortalis-G925 GPU. The Wing-shaped Ring Cold Pump Pro cooling system also helps manage heat with a 4053mm² smoke chamber.

The rear camera system consists of a 50MP tri-sensor for the main, ultra-wide and periscope telephoto. All cameras use Leica Summilux lenses and support 8K video recording and 4K night video with AI processing. The front camera is 32MP with 4K 60fps video support. A 6100mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 50W wireless charging is provided. The device also passes the IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
