ASUS Malaysia today announced the arrival of the ASUS TUF Gaming laptop series that has been updated with the latest AMD, Intel and NVIDIA components. The updated models include the ASUS TUF Gaming A16, ASUS TUF Gaming A14 and ASUS TUF Gaming F16.
Starting with the ASUS TUF Gaming A16, the laptop features a 16-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2560×1600 and a refresh rate of 165Hz. It is powered by an AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX processor along with 16GB of DDR5 memory and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.
The powerful CPU is paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card (8GB VRAM) that is powerful enough to run modern computer games at high resolutions and settings.
It also comes with a large 90Wh battery and a charging block that can supply up to 280W of electrical power to power the laptop's powerful components.
If you're looking for a more compact laptop, the ASUS TUF Gaming A14 might be for you. It comes with a 14-inch screen display with the same resolution as the TUF Gaming A16 and is powered by an AMD Ryzen AI 350 processor with up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.
This laptop is powered by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 (8GB VRAM) processor that is powerful enough to run modern games at mid-range resolutions and settings. The laptop is loaded with a 73Wh battery and a 200W charging block to power the laptop's components.
If you're more into a combination of Intel and NVIDIA CPUs and GPUs, the ASUS TUF Gaming F16 is what you want. It features the same display size and resolution as the TUF Gaming A16 laptop, but is powered by a choice of Intel Core i7 14650HX and Intel Core i5-13450HX processors.
Both laptops are loaded with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics (8GB VRAM) which is powerful enough to run modern computer games, with 16GB of DDR5 memory, and a choice of 512GB and 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage depending on the CPU model chosen.
Meanwhile, the ASUS Gaming V16 laptop has also been updated with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card, and is now priced at RM5199.
ASUS Malaysia says that these laptops are already available via the ASUS e-Store online store and ASUS laptop distributor physical stores. The price tags of these laptops are as follows:
