Intel Document Reveals Upcoming Processor Models

Intel is expected to introduce its latest Panther Lake series of processors by the end of this year. In the meantime, we also know that Intel is in the process of developing a Bartlett Lake series of processors that only come with performance cores.

Recently, Intel's upcoming product document was published in error, and showed future processor product models, such as Nova Lake-S and Nova Lake U, Bartlett Lake-S with 12 performance cores, and another processor series, Wildcat Lake, which has not been shown yet.

Other reports have also said that although this document was published by Intel itself (and has been retracted), it is not a confirmation from Intel that these projects are official. According to Intel, a number of these products have not yet been included in the Plan of Record report, which would make these projects official.

For now, only Panther Lake and Nova Lake are confirmed to be arriving for production, while other products may still see name changes and product specifications in the future.

Intel will return to manufacturing its own processors starting with Panther Lake, which uses the 18A process after two generations of CPUs were manufactured by TSMC. As previously reported, Panther Lake will be introduced at the end of this year, with mass production arriving early next year.
