Samsung teases that the Galaxy Z Fold7, which will be launched in July, will have a thinner body design than the previous Z Fold. This major change has been long-awaited after competitors such as Honor, Vivo and Oppo have offered foldable screen devices with ultra-thin bodies.
With the launch approaching, the design of this device has also begun to leak. The latest side view of the Z Fold7 leaked via Reddit shows the use of a large hump. It is an image of a frame made of carbon fiber material. The hump for the tri-camera appears to have the same thickness as the Z Fold7 body when in the open position.
The size of the camera bump and lens is also larger when compared to the Z Fold6. It is similar to the hump design used on the S25 Edge which was the first thin device launched by Samsung this year. This gives the first indication of the Z Fold7's camera capabilities will be upgraded after so long only equipped with small sensors.
