Sharp has launched the AQUOS R10 equipped with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip and a camera in collaboration with Leica Camera AG. Its camera system consists of a 50.3MP setup with a wide-angle sensor that has a focal length of 23mm.
Other key features of the AQUOS R10 include a PRO IGZO OLED FHD+ display with a 240Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits peak brightness. It also comes with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, in addition to a 5000mAh battery that supports 36W fast charging.
Built-in generative AI support allows users to isolate keywords from conversations and save them as notes. The device is not only waterproof and dustproof with IPX5/IPX8/IP6X resistance, but also meets MIL-STD-810G standards to ensure its durability.
The AQUOS R10 also supports Osaifu-Keitai, NFC, nano SIM + eSIM DSDV, and microSD cards for added convenience. The device is expected to go on sale in Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and Indonesia starting July 2025.
