With high-powered graphics cards like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090, RTX 5080, and even the RTX 4090, there is a possibility that internal components will be damaged or burned if you use the wrong cable, or insert it incorrectly.
To reduce the likelihood of damage to your graphics card due to this issue, GALAX has introduced their GALAX Hall Of Fame RTX 5000 series of graphics cards consisting of the GALAX Hall Of Fame RTX 5000 and GALAX HOF RTX 5070Ti models.
This graphics card comes in black and white color options, and uses three fans (2x 102mm, 1x 92mm) and a cooling block that takes the place of three PCIe expansion slots on the back of the computer chassis.
The GALAX HOF RTX 5080 is overclocked to 2760MHz which can be further increased to 2775MHz with the Xtreme Tuner software, while the GALAX HOF RTX 5070Ti comes with speeds of 2610MHz and 2625MHz.
An interesting feature shown on this graphics card is the HOF Debug Safety Indicator feature which detects and shows if you have connected the PCIe 12VHPWR power cable correctly or not. If you have connected it correctly, when your computer is turned on, the LED on the graphics card cooler will show yellow first, and if it is connected incorrectly, it will light up red.
Unfortunately for this model, only the GALAX HOF RTX 5090D graphics card is offered at the moment, and this graphics card is only sold in the Chinese market. So far it is not known whether the RTX 5090 model will be sold in the future.
