WhatsApp is now more interesting with new features that make communication more fun. One of the main features is animated emojis where the emoji sent will move automatically to help users convey emotions more clearly.
In addition, WhatsApp now offers animated stickers that allow users to convert their favorite videos into moving stickers that can be shared in conversations. For users who like to use avatars, WhatsApp provides social avatar stickers where users can interact with contacts who also have their own avatars for a more unique experience.
WhatsApp's Calls tab also has a new, more organized layout to allow users to access calls, as well as manage history more easily. WhatsApp also added new video filters for video calls and photo recordings. Users can also choose up to six new filters and visual effects for visually interesting video calls.
In addition, WhatsApp also added new features for channels and statuses. Channel admins can now create photo polls where each choice in the poll will have its own image. For users who like to save certain statuses, WhatsApp now allows them to mark favorite statuses for future review.
Another new feature introduced is the ability to mention groups in your status. When included, all group members will receive a notification, making it easier to spread information or announcements to more people at once.
This feature is rolling out to Android and iOS users in stages. If you haven't received this update yet, it should be available in the coming weeks.
