CIMB Bank Berhad and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad have introduced Amira, their first digital assistant. It was developed as part of their ongoing initiative to enhance customer experience through the latest technology.
According to an official statement, Amira will begin contacting selected customers via phone calls for payment reminders and vehicle insurance renewals. CIMB assures that all calls from Amira will only be made using officially listed phone numbers. Customers are also encouraged to check and verify the number via the Customer Help Centre on CIMB’s official website.
