Google has shared a number of company developments, and also shared that their own AI-focused app, Gemini, now has 450 million monthly active users.
Google has also seen the use of AI-based services increase day by day. In June 2025 alone, over 50 million Google Meet users used AI support to take meeting minutes.
In addition, Google also saw their video generator, Veo 3, now being used by 1 million monthly active users.
For comparison, OpenAI previously said ChatGPT reached 500 million weekly active users.
