With the development of the artificial intelligence arena, one of the offerings that has been growing in popularity lately is the voice-over (vibe-coding) offering, which allows users to enter commands in the form of text, and the artificial intelligence model will develop the corresponding application or website.
Among the popular ones are Cursor, Lovable and even Bolt. Now, Google is not left behind, and has started testing their own voice-over service, called Opal.
Opal is offered in a limited way in the United States for now, under the Google Labs offering. It allows users to develop mini web applications, or select any existing application in the gallery and improve or modify it.
Opal also allows users to access the editor panel, and edit any action or input and output flow for the application.
Currently, it is still in the testing phase in Google Labs, and it is not yet known when Google will open this access to the global market.
