Honor has introduced a new service policy for Magic V5 users in Malaysia that includes one-year cracked screen protection and two-year quality assurance. Under this initiative, users can get a free screen replacement for damage caused by accidental drops, bumps or pressure for as little as RM60.
The new service policy highlights two key initiatives, namely Worry-Free 1-Year Crack Protection and 2-Year Quality Assurance, which also cover display issues such as green lines and water leakage. Honor Magic V5 is the only foldable phone in the market to offer such protection to provide a comprehensive guarantee and reduce users’ worries about high screen repair costs.
To enhance sales support, Honor has also equipped 14 service centers nationwide with on-site foldable screen repair facilities. This move aims to speed up the repair process and reduce waiting times so that every device user can enjoy a smoother and more reliable service experience.
As part of the launch promotion, users who pre-order until 24 July 2025 will receive gifts worth RM3,497 including a Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 9 as well as this new service plan.
