Razer today launched its new gaming mouse, the Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro. The DeathAdder V4 Pro was launched with it being faster, lighter and more battery-efficient than the V3 Pro that was launched in 2022.
The DeathAdder V4 Pro is updated with optical sensors on both the left and right click buttons. It is also Razer's first mouse with a scroll wheel that also uses optical sensors. The mouse has been tested to exceed 100 million clicks over its lifetime. In total, the V4 Pro has six programmable physical buttons. These can then be saved to the V4 Pro's built-in memory profiles.
The sensor on the bottom has a polling rate of up to 8,000Hz and movement tracking of up to 45,000 DPI. The battery can last up to 150 hours before needing to be recharged. All this is packed into a body that weighs only 56 grams compared to 63 grams on the V3 Pro.
Connection to a PC is done via HyperSpeed Wireless Gen 2 tethering or wired. This is done using a USB-C to USB-A cable. The Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro is sold at RM799 in black and white color options.
