If the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 were the first to use Android 16 with One UI 8, the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 smartwatch series was the first to be launched with the Wear OS 6 operating system with the One UI 8 Watch operating system.
With this new operating system, it is also the first watch to have Gemini support built-in. By pressing the side button, Gemini can be called up just like on a Galaxy smartphone. Various voice commands can be given such as providing exercise facilities, directions to a specific restaurant or giving daily agenda reminders.
