Today, a number of users of the MyTNB electricity usage tracking app have encountered a number of problems, which initially showed a high number of electricity usage recordings, and some of them were unable to see the electricity usage graph at all.
TNB, through its Facebook page TNB Careline, has said that Tenaga Nasional is aware of the errors currently being shown on the app, and is working hard to fix them.
They also assured users that the actual electricity usage recordings are accurate, and will be displayed again once the issue on the app is fixed, and the final bill can be checked after the billing period for this month has expired.
They also said that MyTNB app users will be notified when the application maintenance process is complete and ready to use as usual.
