TikTok Shop is now increasing the protection of the free return period for purchased items, from 15 days previously to 30 days. This protection is specific to products purchased through TikTok Shop Mall.
TikTok Shop Mall is ready to offer a number of branded items, and emphasizes the offering of original and genuine products through it. TikTok aims to give buyers more confidence in obtaining goods through TikTok Shop Mall with this extension.
TikTok Shop will bear the shipping costs for these returns due to the reason of “No Longer Needed”. For any other returns, the costs will be borne by the seller. This new update is introduced to TikTok Shop starting today.
