Honor continues to steal the show with the release of several official images of its latest flip phone, the Magic V Flip 2. This device not only comes with a stylish design but also offers interesting specifications such as a high-resolution camera system, and a large capacity battery.
The Magic V Flip2 will be equipped with two rear cameras, namely a 200MP main sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide. With this configuration, its camera system is seen as comparable to several other flagship models such as the Galaxy Z Fold 7, thus making it one of the standout flip phones in terms of photography. Honor also emphasizes clear selfie and portrait recording capabilities, suitable for use in various lighting conditions and recording angles.
Honor has collaborated with famous fashion designer Datuk Jimmy Choo to produce an exclusive blue version to add a touch of style to the Magic V Flip 2. The device is also equipped with a 5,500mAh battery that supports 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
The main screen of the Magic V Flip 2 uses a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 2520 x 1080 pixels. In terms of durability, Honor uses UTG glass that is designed to withstand up to 350,000 folds with a thickness of less than 50μm.
According to Honor, this technology allows the screen to function well even after long-term use. The Magic V Flip 2 is scheduled to be officially launched in China on August 21, 2025.
