DXOMark has now released scores for Huawei's latest smartphone, the Huawei Pura80 Ultra, showing that the smartphone offers the best photo and video recording support compared to various other devices on the market - bringing the Pura80 to the top spot on DXOMark.
Previously, the Vivo X200 Ultra and Oppo Find X8 Ultra were ahead of Huawei's previous offerings, and now the Pura80 Ultra allows Huawei to reclaim the throne.
The Huawei Pura80 Ultra is said to offer consistent recording in terms of color and accuracy, beautiful portrait recording with skin tones, as well as excellent telephoto and ultra-wide recording. However, it still has some shortcomings, where there is a slight change in color and brightness when recording in challenging lighting conditions.
The Huawei Pura80 Ultra is equipped with a rear camera system that includes a 50MP 1″ wide-angle main lens with a variable aperture of f/1.6 to f/4.0 with OIS. Also included is a 40MP ultra-wide lens, a periscope telephoto with 50MP and 12.5MP respectively, and a 1.5MP spectrum. Interestingly, both periscope telephoto lenses share the same sensor and support 3.7X and 9.4X optical zoom while digital zoom up to 100X.
Huawei is already ready to sell this smartphone in Malaysia, where the Huawei Pura80 Ultra is priced at RM6599.
