Maybank has announced that system maintenance activities will be carried out in the near future in an effort to ensure that online banking services remain smooth and secure.
Accordingly, services such as DuitNow, DuitNow Transfer, Request/Send Money, DuitNow QR and Cross Border will not be accessible via Maybank2u, the MAE and Maybank2u Biz applications on Tuesday, 19 August 2025 from 12.30 am to 2.30 am, as well as on Wednesday, 20 August 2025 from 12.30 am to 6.30 am.
JomPAY services are also scheduled to experience disruption on Wednesday, 20 August 2025 from 3.00 am to 4.00 am via Maybank2u, the MAE and Maybank2u Biz applications. In addition, services such as Interbank GIRO, Financial Process Exchange (FPX) and Debit Mandate are expected to be temporarily affected on the Maybank2u web platform during the maintenance period.
Maybank apologises for any inconvenience caused by the system maintenance work, and appreciates customers' patience and support.
