PDRM Updates SemakMule Site – Making it Easier for You to Check Fraudulent Accounts

The Royal Malaysian Police has been offering the SemakMule site for the past few years, in an effort to make it easier for users to check the accounts of fraudsters or anyone, and identify whether there are any reports on the number in question or otherwise. Now, after operating for so long, the SemakMule site has been given a new lease of life.

Through this new design, it displays a larger display, and will make it easier for older users to use it. As before, users can search based on phone numbers, bank account numbers or company names. Once the search is done, it will display whether there are any reports on the account in question or otherwise.

Not only that, now the SemakMule site also displays a list of the 10 bank account numbers and phone numbers with the highest number of reports for a period of one month. According to the SemakMule site, there are more than 221,318 fraudster phone numbers that have been recorded, in addition to 279,992 fraudster bank account numbers that have been recorded.

The PDRM is also promoting the Whoscall application through the SemakMule website, in an effort to make it easier for users to identify fraudsters.

For those of you who are interested, you can check the SemakMule website today, and use it to identify fraudsters or scammers.
