Redmi has officially announced that the Redmi Note 15 series will be launched on August 21, 2025 at a special event in China. So far, only the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ model has been confirmed to be introduced on that date. However, it is likely that the Redmi Note 15 and Note 15 Pro models will also be announced on the same day.
The device's design has been shown with a concept similar to the Redmi Note 14 Pro including a rectangular camera bump with a balanced 2×2 sensor arrangement. Redmi also stated that this device is their first model to use a symmetrical micro-curved design on the front and back. It is intended to give a more modern look and feel comfortable when held.
According to Redmi, this design requires sophisticated glass processing techniques and large investments which make it a feature that is usually only found in the flagship device segment. The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ will also use Xiaomi's Crystal Glass on the front for better screen protection. Meanwhile, the back is made of lightweight fiberglass that is resistant to impacts and shocks.
Although technical specifications have not been officially revealed, rumors suggest that this device may come with a curved OLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 50MP main camera and a 7000mAh battery.
