Telekom Malaysia through Unifi Mobile has now started offering a new Uni5G Postpaid plan, which comes with a Netflix subscription. Unifi Mobile says this is the first in Malaysia with such an offer, and comes without a contract or additional charges.
The Uni5G Postpaid 69 plan is offered at RM79 per month which comes with Netflix Basic, unlimited 5G data, up to 60GB hotspot and unlimited calls. Users can also subscribe to the unlimited 5G/4G data offer at RM100 per month which also comes with 100GB hotspot and unlimited calls. The RM100 plan also comes with a Netflix Basic subscription.
If subscribed separately, the Netflix Basic plan costs RM29.90 per month which offers 720p resolution, and can be watched on television, computer or mobile devices. TM says that users can also easily upgrade to Netflix Standard or Premium under the plan. For Netflix Standard, users need to add RM20 per month to the postpaid package, or Netflix Premium needs to add RM33 per month.
