CIMB Bank Berhad has announced that several key banking services will be temporarily disrupted due to scheduled system maintenance. The disruption involves the MyDebit system and will affect the use of automated teller machines (ATMs), MEPS and cash deposit machines (CDMs).
The disruption will begin on Saturday (13 September 2025) from 12:01 midnight to 8:00 am. It will resume on Sunday (14 September 2025) from 12:01 midnight to 5:00 am. During this period, users will not be able to make transactions via ATMs and CDMs.
CIMB advises all customers to plan their business in advance to avoid any inconvenience. The bank also apologises for any inconvenience that may arise during the maintenance period.
