The Garmin Venu 4 watch was announced today with a flashlight built directly into the side. This is to allow users to move in dark situations more safely. It is also equipped with sensors to detect pulse, ECG, HRV, respiration, skin temperature and Pulse Ox while sleeping.
Other features provided are tracking caffeine or alcohol intake, complete sleep tracking and Garmin Fitness Coach which is a coach for 25 popular activities. When tethered to a smartphone, it can be used to answer phone calls. Some controls such as starting a timer and telling the time can also be given via voice commands.
