Maybank has announced that scheduled system maintenance activities will be carried out on Saturday, 20 September 2025. During this period, several services will not be accessible via the Maybank2U platform on the website and applications including the MAE and Maybank2u Biz applications.
The affected services include transactions such as DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow, DuitNow Request, and DuitNow QR. In addition, JomPAY, Interbank GIRO, FPX and Debit Mandate are also unavailable. ATM services and currency exchange via the MAE application are also unavailable during this period.
The service disruption is scheduled to occur in two sessions, namely from 3:00 am to 8:00 am and again from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 am. Maybank apologises for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the patience and continued support of its customers.
