Meta Offers Ad-Free Facebook and Instagram Subscriptions in the UK

Advertising is an unavoidable part of the modern world. To generate high revenue, Meta plasters its services with dozens of ads that make the experience of using them very annoying compared to a decade ago. In the United Kingdom, Meta will launch a subscription plan that allows Facebook and Instagram to be used without any ads.

Users will have to pay £3 (~RM17) per month via the web or £4 (~RM23) per month if payment is made through the Play Store and App Store. An additional fee of £2 (~RM11) per month for the web or £3 (~RM17) per month via the app is charged for each account listed in the user's Accounts Center.

Facebook and Instagram subscriptions are offered in the UK to comply with the "opt-in or pay" directive regarding the use of users' personal data for advertising purposes. Previously, subscriptions were only offered to users in the European Union (EU). If the subscription plan is offered by Meta in Malaysia, what price would you be willing to pay to not see ads?
