The Samsung Galaxy Buds Core has been launched in Malaysia today. In terms of design, it is similar to the Galaxy Buds FE, which is marketed as Samsung's most affordable earphones.
Like the Buds FE, the Buds Core has a compact earbud design with small wings to ensure it fits snugly in the ear. There are touch pads on the sides of both buds and ANC support.
The usage life is up to 35 hours without ANC and 21 hours with ANC. This puts it only five hours longer than the FE. It is also now IP54 waterproof, supports Bluetooth 5.4 and supports AAC and SBC codecs. This is an improvement over the IPX2 of the Buds FE.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds Core is offered at RM199 in black and white. If you buy the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G and Samsung Galaxy A07 LTE, the Buds Core can be purchased at a promotional price of only RM139.
