Touch n Go eWallet is now seen to have added a quick access menu to SARA RM100, allowing users to check their SARA account, in addition to seeing which stores can use it.
The quick access provided is more of a SARA portal web link that can also be opened via a web browser. However, with the integration of the menu directly into Touch n Go eWallet, it makes it easier for users to check their balance. The icon menu link provided will open to the SARA site, which requires users to input their identity card number to check their balance.
Previously, the government had announced a RM100 offer for everyone aged 18 and above, and can make purchases using MyKad at stores that support it. Touch n Go eWallet simply provides a link to the SARA portal to make it easier for users to check, and to use the balance, you still need to go to the payment counter and use MyKad.
You can also go to the SARA portal site directly via a web browser as an alternative.
