UGreen is a brand known for their charging accessory offerings, but did you know that they also have their own storage series, specifically their Network Attached Storage (NAS) storage that can be utilized by a variety of users.
Earlier this year, UGreen introduced the UGreen IDX6011, a NAS storage powered by Intel Arrow Lake-H processor chips, which comes with six slots for SATA hard drives with a total capacity of 160TB in one device.
In the middle of this year, they updated the model with a newer offering, the UGreen IDX 6011 Pro, which is now powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 255H processor chip with a combination of up to 64GB of LPDDR5X memory options and 128GB of SSD storage for caching purposes.
We had the opportunity to see this NAS product for ourselves during the IFA 2025 event held in Berlin last week. It was introduced through the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform in the middle of this year, and according to UGreen, will officially go on sale this month.
What's more interesting is the plug offering shown on this NAS. The UGreen IDX 6011 Pro comes with a choice of USB 3.2 Type-C plugs, an SD card reader, an HDMI plug that supports 8K resolution, an Oculink plug for fast data connections and two RJ-45 10Gbps plugs for fast wired internet connection support.
In the meantime, the UGreen IDX 6011 Pro NAS also comes with the same built-in AI features as the previous IDX 6011, such as AI-powered search, including context search, where you can use simple words to find images or files quickly and easily, without having to rely on file names alone.
This AI feature is extended to features such as Smart Image Recognition that will organize your images according to the context of time, location and object through metadata, making the work of organizing images faster and easier.
Those interested in pre-ordering the UGreen IDX 6011 Pro NAS can do so via the product website, but please note that for now, it will only be shipped to select countries such as the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain and France for now.
UGreen said that this product will start shipping to buyers around November 2025. We asked if UGreen would be bringing this product to the Malaysian market, and they expressed their intention to introduce it soon.
