Yesterday we reported that Intel is expected to show more details about the Intel Panther Lake processor series during the Intel Tech Tour event currently taking place in Arizona, United States.
Recently, there are new rumors that say that along with the announcement of the launch of the processor chip, Intel is also expected to introduce the Intel Core Ultra X CPU model as the most powerful laptop processor chip model in the Panther Lake series.
Previously, the HX name was placed at the end of the laptop CPU model name as a marker for the highest level of processing power of the chip. With this latest model name, perhaps a name like Intel Ultra X7 358H (as seen below) is a new way to identify the class of the processor chip.
The Intel Panther Lake processor series has also previously been confirmed to use the Intel Arc Xe3 “Celestial” graphics chip and the example given shows the use of the chip in the CPU as built-in.
Intel is expected to introduce the Intel Panther Lake processor series on October 9. Let's all look forward to further announcements about it.
