The IQOO 15 will be officially launched in China on October 20, 2025 as the brand's latest flagship phone.
The device will be equipped with a 6.85-inch Samsung 2K OLED screen that uses M14 material for a brighter display and supports Dolby Vision technology.
In addition, it will also be equipped with a Q3 chip that allows 2K resolution games to be run at a frame rate of 144FPS for a more responsive graphics experience.
IQOO confirmed that the device will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. It is also equipped with a 50MP triple-lens camera system consisting of a 1/1.5-inch main camera, an ultra-wide camera and a periscope camera with support for up to 100X zoom.
The device also runs the Android 16-based OriginOS 6 operating system and comes with additional features such as IP68/IP69 waterproofing, a new generation ultrasonic 3D fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers and a 7000mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging.
At the same launch, IQOO will also introduce several other products including the IQOO Pad 5e tablet, IQOO Watch GT 2 smartwatch and IQOO TWS 5 earphones.
