Pinterest was updated yesterday with a feature to filter content generated by generative artificial intelligence (AI). It’s a long-requested feature by users who don’t want to see AI-generated content displayed on their timelines because it’s seen as inconsistent with Pinterest’s image as a platform for finding inspiration that’s human-generated.
To filter AI-generated content, you’ll need to go to your account settings before going to the Home feed tuner. Scroll to the side to change the GenAI Interests setting and choose whether you want Pinterest to display AI content under the genres that your account follows. To use this feature, update to the latest version of the app today.
