The Realme 15 Pro Game of Thrones Limited Edition was launched in Belfast, Northern Ireland a while ago with various interesting features in line with the theme of the popular HBO TV series. It still comes with a 6.8-inch HyperGlow 4D Curve+ screen that supports a 144Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of up to 6500 nits.
This is matched with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, 12GB RAM, 512GB storage and a giant 7,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The main camera uses a 50MP Sony IMX896 sensor with OIS and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. Meanwhile, the selfie camera is also 50MP
The camera has modes such as AI Edit Genie, AI Party Mode, AI Landscape, 2K Live Photo, and AI Glare Remover for more creative photo results. Because it is a GoT-themed device, there are two special photo filters, namely Northland Filter and Kingdom Filter. Northland makes the picture look like it's in the winter at Winterfell while Kingdom gives it the feel of taking a picture in Sunspear.
The uniqueness of this device lies in the physical design which now has various Game of Thrones touches. The body with a gold finish gives the luxury of the Lannister family. The back panel is finished with a dragon skin-like finish that changes color from Targaryen black to Lannister red when hot. The Targaryen dragon seal is also neatly displayed on the same panel.
Not stopping there, the camera bump is now larger with two dragon paws on the back. The seals of the main Westeros family houses are also displayed on the glass surface of the bump with mottos such as Winter is Coming, Hear Me Roar and Fire and Blood measured on the surface of the camera ring and bump.
Additional customization is also seen in the special GoT theme which changes the entire device interface complete with a set of application icons, background images, and an animated lock screen. Two Ice and Fire themes are included with every device purchase. The device's boot animation and also launching GT Mode for the first time also receive a touch of the world of George R R Martin.
To make this edition even more worthwhile, the Realme 15 Pro Game of Thrones Limited Edition is sold in a special box that transforms into the Iron Throne when opened. A set of four postcards, a Hand of The King SIM pin, two sets of stickers, and a special frame are also provided to complete the set, which will be sold in limited quantities in Malaysia.
