Vivo has officially launched its new X300 and X300 Pro smartphones in China. Both devices are equipped with the latest technology that offers powerful performance and an improved camera system.
The Vivo X300 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch LTPO screen (1260 x 2800 pixels) that supports 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip with an option of up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
The rear camera system features a 50MP main camera (Sony LYT-828) with OIS gimbal support, a 50MP ultra-wide (Samsung JN1) and a 200MP telephoto (1/1.4-inch Samsung HPB). For selfies, the device is equipped with a 50MP front camera (Samsung JN1).
The device also comes with a 6510mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging.
The Vivo X300 comes with a 6.31-inch LTPO screen that supports 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and a built-in ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip with memory options of up to 16GB RAM and 1TB internal storage using LPDDR5X and UFS 4.1 technology.
The device is equipped with a 6,040mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. The rear camera system uses a ZEISS tri-camera setup consisting of a 200MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom support and a 50MP ultra-wide. For selfies, it comes with a 50MP front camera.
Both devices come with the OriginOS 6 interface based on Android 16 which offers a smoother user experience. Here are the official prices for the vivo X300 and X300 Pro series in the Chinese market:
