The Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra were officially launched at an event in Bali today. Both devices are flagship devices that feature a modern design while also being equipped with Bose speaker technology and offering affordable prices compared to other devices in the same class.
For the Poco F8 Ultra, it comes with a 6.9-inch AMOLED 120Hz screen, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
For the camera, it uses a 50MP Light Fusion 950 main sensor with OIS, equipped with a 50MP 5x periscope lens and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. Not only that, it also offers up to 20x zoom capabilities and Super Moon mode making it more versatile for portraits, long-distance and night shots. For the front camera, this device comes with a 32MP camera that supports automatic wide-angle mode for clearer selfies.
Regarding the battery, it is equipped with a 6500mAh battery with 100W HyperCharge support and 50W wireless charging. For audio, Poco is seen to be present in collaboration with Bose in featuring the Sound by Bose 2.1 audio system built into the device. This also offers a more premium sound experience.
Not only that, it also comes with IP68 waterproof and dust resistance, an aluminum frame with a choice of Denim Blue or Black design.
Meanwhile, the Poco F8 Pro is equipped with a 6.59″ AMOLED 120Hz screen, powered by Snapdragon 8, 12GB RAM, up to 512GB internal storage and a 6210mAh battery that supports 100W HyperCharge charging.
Regarding the camera, it comes with a rear tri-camera system of 50MP wide-angle lens, 50MP telephoto, and 8MP ultra-wide with 4K video recording. For selfie recording, the Poco F8 Pro front camera comes with a 20MP sensor complete with autofocus for high-quality selfies.
Overall, the Poco F8 series all use the HyperOS 3 operating system based on Android 16.
