Samsung Wallet has now been updated to support payment cards through their app, and has also added Wise under the support list. With this move, Samsung Wallet or Samsung Pay users in Malaysia can now use Wise prepaid cards that are linked to the app.
Samsung Pay is part of Samsung Wallet, allowing users to easily make payments at a number of merchants in Malaysia by simply touching their selected Samsung devices to payment terminals. This is achieved through the use of NFC technology to make payments.
With this addition, Samsung Wallet now offers support for users who use not only Wise, but also for users of Alliance Bank, Bank Islam, Bank Muamalat, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, HSBC, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB and even Standard Chartered.
