WordCamp Malaysia 2025 will take place from 6 to 7 December at Sunway University, Kuala Lumpur. WordCamp Kuala Lumpur (WCKL) is an annual community event that brings together open web developers and the WordPress community in Malaysia.
For this edition, participants will have the opportunity to attend informative talks and interesting workshops for those interested in website design, SEO and digital development. In addition, this event will also be a space to share ideas and forge collaborations within the technology community.
This edition comes with the theme ‘Better Than Ever’ which features current topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation. The event will also feature experienced names in their respective fields.
Among them, Hariz Halim will discuss how to build a functional website to convert visitors into customers. Next, James Hunt will examine SEO strategies in the AI era, while Iskandar Sulaili will share his views on how the use of AI can help turn visitors into loyal customers.
The two-day event is divided into Contributor Day on December 6 and Main Conference Day on December 7. Tickets cost RM100 for regular participants while Micro-Sponsor tickets cost RM300 which not only gives full access but also supports the organization of this community event.
Registration for the Main Conference Day will begin on December 7, 2025 at 8:00 am while the event is scheduled to end at 6:00 pm. Participants who arrive early will also have the opportunity to get a special edition T-shirt depending on size availability. Meanwhile, for overseas participants who require a visa, the organizers have provided an official letter of support to facilitate the application process.
