Highway users will soon have the opportunity to enjoy a more economical journey in conjunction with the festive season at the end of this year. Over the two days of 23 and 24 December 2025, toll rates will be discounted by 50% from the normal rate.
This facility is provided to all Class 1 vehicles, while on the Penang Bridge it is also extended to Class 2 vehicles. Almost all toll plazas throughout Malaysia are involved except for two border entrances, namely the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar Toll Plaza on the North-South Expressway (PLUS) and the Tanjung Kupang Toll Plaza on the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Expressway (LINKEDUA).
This measure is seen to provide convenience to the public and allow them to enjoy a smoother journey whether when returning home from vacation or visiting their chosen destination.
