CelcomDigi has partnered with Swap Asia to launch PhoneFIX, a smartphone repair subscription that simplifies the repair process. The service is offered to all CelcomDigi prepaid and postpaid customers for as low as RM3 per month, with the first month only being RM1.
With PhoneFIX, devices experiencing common problems such as cracked screens or damaged batteries can be repaired on the same day. In addition, the service is supported by dedicated experts and customer support and covers eligible devices including those not purchased from CelcomDigi.
The service registration process is also easy where users can directly subscribe via the CelcomDigi app by simply scanning the device then activating the subscription for the first month at RM1.
