Have you ever heard the expression ‘almost the same but not’? Looking at the design of the Huawei Nova 15 Ultra, it reminds us of the large bump used on the iPhone 17 Pro.
Although it looks similar, HUAWEI has made a change by placing a two-bump finish on the back. One circle is used to house the camera sensor, with three sensors visible without any further details about its configuration.
Another circle with a black circle is still uncertain of its purpose, whether it is just decoration or has a specific function that may be known in the coming weeks. What is certain is that it also houses the LED Flash with the XD Portrait branding on it.
The back of the device is given a new lease of life with a striped finish, especially for the green and purple colors. At the same time, there is also a minimalist option with an all-black finish.
The body of the device looks flat on the back with rounded sides while the front screen has not been shown but is believed to also use a flat design. The Huawei Nova branding is clearly visible in the middle of the back of the device.
This series is expected to come in several other variations including a Pro model like the previous generation. It can be said that the design this time is fresher and different.
There is no further information about the processor chip or other hardware so far, but an official update from Huawei will certainly be announced soon. The official launch is scheduled to take place on December 22, 2025 in China.
