The Lenovo Legion Go 2 was introduced this year, and comes with many new improvements such as the use of AMD Ryzen Z2/Z2 Extreme processing chips, a larger display and updates to the software used.
There are several new reports that say that Lenovo is expected to show off the Lenovo Legion Go 2 mobile PC console offering that will use the same physical specifications as this new console, but run the SteamOS operating system.
This is not the first Lenovo console to use the operating system. In addition to the Steam Deck, the Lenovo Legion Go Lite also uses the operating system, showing the great possibility that it could be offered to more mobile PC consoles in the future.
SteamOS is seen as more efficient than Windows 11 when used as a game console operating system, and with the same specifications expected to be introduced, this may also mean that the operating system may be increasingly available for use by various types of computer devices, especially with the Steam Machine PC console that will also be launched next year.
