Two years ago, Dolby Atmos FlexConnect was announced as an audio system that can automatically tune the audio in the home space while also allowing various speaker configurations to be matched by the buyer. Now, LG Sound Suite has been announced as the first soundbar speaker system to be marketed with Dolby Atmos FlexConnect support.
LG Sound Suite allows LG smart TV users to pair the soundbar with the M7 speakers and the W7 subwoofer to enjoy Dolby Atmos audio. This can be done without the owner purchasing the H7 soundbar. Through LG Sound Suite, a total of 27 speaker configurations can be done with support for up to 13.1.7 audio channels.
The LG Sound Suite speaker system will be officially launched at the CES 2025 event taking place in Las Vegas next month. Dolby Atmos FlexConnect will be supported on all 2026 LG smart TVs and some 2025 TV models.
